The Hungarian Wirehaired Vizsla is to my mind the perfect falconers dog they are very steady around the hawk, diligent at
work and staunch on the point giving the hawk or falcon every chance on the flush.After flushing i have never had any
running in problems even with ground game, the breed seem to learn that its not part of the game very quickly and just run to
heal if my gos is successful.
While the hawk is on the kill the breed some how naturaly dosn't encroach on the bird which i find quite amazing in fact they
are more intrested in carrying on hunting, the belief that because they are a retriever that they will try to retrieve your bird or
quarry is a myth, i regularly pick up on a pheasant shoot one day with Herb and the next were out flying my gos with no
problems.

As a kennel our aim is to produce first class healthy working dogs which excel in the Falconry and Shooting with the emphasis
being first generation working dogs.
All our imported dogs have achieved the Hungarian Work and Natural Ability Test and past the breeding test required for the
breed set by the Hungarian Kennel Club so as you can see we have chosen our lines very carefully.Although our primary goal
is to achieve the above, Hungarian Wirehairs make excellent companions provided the get plenty of exercise, love and
attention.

We are a small breeder of this wonderful versatile dog and being involved in falconry and shooting i cannot praise this breed
enough. We have a few exceptionally well bred dogs imported directly from Hungary.

Hungarian Wires are excelent pointers,here Herbie and Iram have good strong points,i find it a major assett when flying a
bird, with the wire's ranging well it give's you so many more slip's
